For 60 years? I don't think so, certainly not without actively trying to. You'd get sick of trying to get rid of so much every single day

a mill on a house easily, mill on everything included, share money w/ some people, put some aside to give to charity monthly and rest goes into the bank the everything included ranges from anything from a pc rig to a car or a sports field
