I'm not going to lie I've had a pretty crazy life so far, most things that happen to me are just result of my craziness. I remember once when I was like 4 or 3 I walked into the bathroom of the nursery and there was this black kid and due to there not being a lot of black people in that part of Britannia I lived in I pointed out that he was black due to my immature confusion; what ended up happening was the nursery calling up my parents claiming that I was being "racist" so uh yeah that was fun.

Yeah this is all very complicated. I grew up in the country and it's primarily white. But my half sister is black and her 3 kids go to my the same high school I went to and there have been problems. Still in this day and age. It's fucking redicules. But we just have to try to be better people.

I'll be brutally honest, I'm pretty bad for racist jokes to this day. I accept that and understand it. to my understanding, Racism is a construct of interpersonal perception intended to create a sense of superiority in a race. At it's core it's no different from prejudice due to ideological differences. My father told me when I was a boy of 11 years old, over a decade now, he sat me down and explained to me; "In the United Kingdom, racism of white people against those from the Indian subcontinent is despairingly common. But it's important to understand what creates theses things. A small while after WWII, we suffered a shortage medical professionals in the United Kingdom, as well an unskilled workers to fill our mercantile workforce Because of this, our Government travelled to the Indian subcontinent, a lured many men with the promise of a better life in the UK, trained them up and shipped them over here by the boat load. Little did they know their lives would be akin to slavery as the were forced to work for us on terrible pay under our NHS system. You see son, The racism today is not intuitive, nor is it the result of the evil in people. It is cultivated as the result of our forefathers, to keep some sense of power in a rapidly shrinking world. Racism is the methodology in which they prevent us without from uniting under a single banner with our brethren against the abuse and selfish desires of those with power." To reiterate my earlier statement, Yes I make racist jokes, but i understand that such things are only acceptable when you approach with understanding. Ignorance creates fear, and fear creates violence. Only by understanding how such disgusting notions came into being can we accept them with open arms. To say it another way, Most "Actual" Racists don't even understand why they're like that, It's simply things they've been told to fill in the gaps of their knowledge. & Ideologists (Enforce prejudice based upon ideological differences, rather than racial or sexual ones.) Have never even taken the time to read and fully understand the material they slander. For the record, I am Caucasian so that's my actual position on the whole race thing, irregardless of my own thoughts I understand that some people can look at me at presume I'm racially disinclined because of this. Unfortunately this is the same issue, but from the perspective of the persecuted as apposed to the persecutors. Hope i got everything across properly, Communication isn't a strong point of mine.

in my opinion, no racism is hate and ignorance, its not a light hearted joke if you believe the contents of the joke, then its disgusting and racist but if you treat it was just that, humor, then ofcourse not humor should have no bounds

I'm just gonna say it, if you use the term "yellow fever" unironically, you're a racist. There's nothing wrong with people having personal preferences as long as they aren't hurting anyone or taking away anyone's rights/privileges. The people who toss around this term however are promoting racial segregation and projecting the concept that races should not mix or that one race shouldn't be allowed to mix with another race let alone be attracted to that race. When you make the "yellow fever" claim, you're no different than all those old white men who say black men shouldn't be touching their white women. They tossed around the term "white fever" a lot back in the day in fact and things didn't always go so well for these men taking interest in white women. You know, I used to have a white boss who preferred black women, does that make him a racist? Should he not be allowed near black women becuase of "black fever"? Do you know how stupid that sounds? Some very racist people like to hide behind the phrase "yellow fever" and deflect the claim onto others and it's bs. Look at it this way. Lets pretend there's a white guy named bill. Bill is a racist who hates black and brown people, but he doesn't like people to know this fact. Well one day a black woman becomes attracted to bill and hits on him. Bill doesn't want people to know he's a racist, but he also doesn't want to date this woman, so what does bill do? He claims the woman has "white fever" and shames her for approaching him while also calling -her- a racist for being attracted to him. Whelp there it is, now bring on the hate and call me whatever names you want but I feel it had to be said.
