@ Daggerfella He's a rando to me and sure he could be popular on youtube but as far as I can tell I have little to no interaction with his consent. I say this as a disclaimer as I don't really know where he stands but even if I did I doubt I'd agree with every stance he has. The topography of peoples ideals are little of my concern as long as it doesn't interfere with my active life or negatively effects the world I live in. << Just keep this in mind if I use sources and other peoples work to make a point as such not to apply there ideals outside of context too mine. Now onto the meat. Yes, I believe that actions and agency is a big role in how far people can get but also results in how little they go and so responsibility for the good and bad should fall squarely on the said individual. I think we have too many systems for the "oppressed peoples" and these things often get abused and lead to resource loss out the ass. People don't know restraint and show lack of responsibility when using these systems. For example college, people pull loans from every place they can get one and don't realize how badly this messes with the system. Loans are not free as the resources are coming from someplace and the demand for college is nuts. People bitch about crazy college expenses but then take classes like women studies and art. They all rush in looking for education but fail to realize the basics of supply and demand and the inflation they caused. They then come crawling to the banks and governments to cover their slow asses. We would be better off if people that didn't need college stopped taking stupid classes. The same can be said with forced unnatural affirmative action programmes like the forced stem that discriminate against men. It's not about equality but rather about power/dominance. They want the good without having the bad. Empowerment as in I don't want to earn my power I want it given. This idea that power should be handed down to you and not earned is an injustice to those that have the credentials to have power via their own merit. Power worth having comes from within and not loaned from without.

I do agree with the fact that some systems that are created to help people, are being abused. It is unfortunate because there are people that truly need those kinds of services. What plays a major part is the people that maintain and control the systems do not adjust it to fit what society needs. Rather they maintain it in such a way that it will be able to cover enough people to push their political/economical agenda. For the university/college part, they require funding/investments. Now these specific courses are being introduced, but that does not mean every student will have access unless it has some relevancy in their course. I'm in Software Engineering, but I cannot access Woman studies...actually I can but it will not add up to my credit count that I require to graduate. Universities/Colleges understand that some of these courses should be maintained in such a way that it cannot be abused, but because the political/economical pressure, they are in a position where they are force to offer it. I find it okay to do some empowerment here and there, but of courses there is always gonna be excess. There are people that stray off course of their causes and attempt many media firestorms. For these radical people, it best to ignore them, as attention is like pouring oil into a fire. My little rant: In addition to art (what I'm gonna say actually surprised me as well), is that it is not as useless as it may seem. Many jobs require people graduate from University/College, but it doesn't specify what degree they must take. Unless it is a specialized field like Medical, Engineering, etc, many people will partake in the art degree. The art degree is considered by many as the most generic degree, able to do preform a mix of courses that pique your interest. When you're applying for a job that doesn't require a specialized field, what they care about the most is that you're able to go through University/College, and learn the materials. Skills that can translate well into the workforce. Statistics found that 27 percent of college grads in USA have a job related to their major. This is important to know because many believe that once they're in, there no way out. But that is incorrect, as life is only constraint because you chose to believe so.
