Harassment

In my opinion there should be a one time warning of a two day ban on harassment and after that an IP ban should be implemented. If they don't get the idea after that, they just don't care. They just make separate accounts and continue the harassment making it unbearable for the people they target.

I stress enough to also check the facts and ask before you start to IP ban them. what if the victim was actually the culprit just to get back at the person or a clever Troll going out of his/her to way mess with people who did nothing wrong?. innocent until proven guilty....
