Reoccurring Theme

@John Felix Thats true, I just don't like to outright rule things out, some theories are around for a reason, and we ARE biological creatures. I just don't like when people use it as a crutch for their arguements, that and comparing to a computer.

Wondering if I should respond to each and every person... ((I doubt EVERYONE cares for a reply.)) I am just surprised by general response.

@Idiot Muffin By recent, do you mean two? …Me being the second one? Cause in terms of direct anti-women-ness theres more than two.. Aha.. In terms of indirect anti-women-ness theres plenty of that. (Which I am guessing you have decided to not consider what so ever.) Its all in the forums though, so if you don’t really use em, or recycle the ones made from way back when they it probably goes right by you. You avoided cancer. Nice. By “better” do you mean…That women get more attention and friend requests and sugar coated attitudes? I guess if you are talking about that its better but… That’s not really what I call better. Almost all that tends to be shallow attempts from “nice guys” I can count the actual friends I’ve made here on one hand, compared to well over fifty requests since I have joined. And I have been here less than a year. Personally I never tried to tell a mod anything, or report anyone. So I can’t speak on that. Lets all follow your suggestion and continue bitching about this then. Its what I wanna do. @Taiyou I discredit it entirely in terms of biology; no place for that here, save it for the physical aspect. But I can cut you some slack, see I think that people with common sense and people without it are two different breeds. The ones lacking are still bound by and can be categorized, actions predictable and labeled neatly by these biological theories. But as I have told you…Too many times, its generally irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, science and theories aren’t really significant in figuring people out or understanding the minds and feelings of others. Gotta have common sense for that. That said the majority of people lack it anyway right? Technically that does make it significant… Just not to me. Okay… The whole “Someone giving hints and the other not noticing thing” comes up pretty often these days, on and off site. That’s dumb because in that case both sides are to blame (I mean in most issues both sides are to blame in some form). Someone should not be penalized for being shy or afraid to start a relationship or even in general. Because what happens all the time when it doesn’t go right? The whole beautiful relationship is disintegrated because it becomes awkward. TL;DR the fear and slow start of initiating a relationship is within reason Personaaaallly…I think that if someone doesn’t notice your feelings, or if you are to shy to speak about your feelings… Maybe the mutual attraction factor is pretty weak. Wasn’t meant to be anyway. But then again…I don’t really believe in dating. Not my approach, if I am to have a relationship it will be something born from longterm friendship, the kinda relationship where its like “When did we start dating?” I realized that’s an unpopular method…Dunno why but…In most cases it seems like that kinda start is a myth. @Clothed Johnny You could of said all that by simply not replying at all. For future reference and stuff. But it seems like you are one of those people… @Burning Halo Well the first time someone tackled this topic they were torn apart. Aha… @Everyone Else I’m preeeetty sure this being a reoccurring theme cant be questioned at this point. I mean, unless its inconvenient for you. That said, as Moon, and Midas-kun said, fortunately the plague has not affected the majority of MO. Like most annoying things online its pretty easy to filter that stuff out that is if you want to. That said, I myself haven’t had…Any harassment like this. I just see it. Like everywhere. I myself am not really here to date. That dating part of this is a joke. Mostly because of the community; not so much the fact that this is a long distance relationship kinda place. So maybe that’s another reason why I managed to dodge it.

Part of me wants to play devil's advocate to everything that you just said. Not because I genuinely disagree with all of it but just to see if I could support opposing your stances with substantive claims and reasonable evidence :P

Well I could save you sometime and spoil it for you. You definitely could oppose my stances, and you wouldnt even have to use evidence either. You could do it with my mystifying powers of denial and delusion! =3 We could go back and forth till I get tired.

Well that is awfully presumptuous isn't it? Are you saying that denial and delusion are the only way to disagree with your responses? I'm not being cheeky here. Do you genuinely believe that?
