Light Novel/Manga discussion

I just recently finished the Overlord light novels and found them to be some of the greatest pieces of literature I have ever read. I really want to get into reading more light novels and was wondering if someone with more experience could give me some recommendations. (also applies to manga) In addition maybe we could all have a discussion about some of your favorites. Don't be shy I would love to hear varying opinions!

The only light novel series I am reading is No Game No Life. I am hoping that someday Kino no Tabi will be officially translated but until then I am studying Japanese. I started to read Mekakucity Actors but if I have to choose between LNs and manga, I tend to choose manga. I have a tendency to get suckered in by episode anime I refer to as "Light Novel Previews". I really like to know endings lol

Honestly the reason I started reading Overlord was because I saw the anime and couldn't wait for the story line to advance, so I guess you could I got "Light Novel Previewed". I watched No Game No Life and I really liked it, but wasn't enthralled to the point of going for the Light Novel. A lot of people have been saying it's really good so I might give it a try, would you recommend it? The Kino no Tabi anime was really good as well shame they don't have translations for it yet, that not knowing Japanese thing is really killing me.

The first lightnovel I read is Kara no Kyokai ʕ•̫͡•ʔ. Ah,9 years ago(.﹒︣︿﹒︣.)...I became passionate about lightnovels for some years then, some were adapted into anime..ʕʘ̅͜ʘ̅ʔ...Most lightnovels have Chinese translations... I haven't read lightnovels for months¯\(°_o)/¯...
