I may not feel like I have much of a thing in this story but this thread has been a somewhat interesting follow. I'm rooting for you OP (by whatever name). I myself know I have certain problems and I know the consequences these problems create but I myself have little or no control over them. I might totally track said progress (hoping there is such progress to track since for better or worse some of it is going to be publicly displayed) and maybe steal some plays from the playbook.

The point of taking the quiz was to make you aware of your ability to pick up on emotions through the tiniest of signals. You didn't simply gain the ability to do this right before you started the quiz, but you've always had it, whether you thought about it or not. Ultimately what I'm saying is that even if you're not aware that you're doing it, you're always paying attention to subtle changes people make, and are reacting accordingly. This is happening at a subconscious level, although it doesn't strictly have to catch you unaware. This is why when you are dealing with someone in person, and you feel you're able to determine something about them from simply the sight of them, what you're actually doing is naturally picking up on subtle changes, so you can tell when someone is feeling a certain way, even if they're hiding it otherwise. This is something everyone is able to do and does naturally, unless they are literally a psychopath, or unable to use empathy. Although I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to as "energies". I want you to explain it as thoroughly as you can. Is it something you witness visually, or is it something you just feel? If I were to wager a guess, what I imagine is that it's something you feel, you pay attention to the way that you are subconsciously reacting at a particular moment, and are making judgements based off of that. It seems that you're also saying that you apply this even when it's not in person, but online even, to which extent I would clarify you have been wrong about things innumerable times, which is why you're here now, and that your track record so far is quite abysmal. The thing about separating your energies from the rest of this, is that it's essentially a dragon. I can tell you that dragons do not exist. I can give you all of the information in the world that describes that dragons don't exist, but at the end of the day, there's never any actual evidence that proves that a dragon, or anything else, doesn't exist, because what evidence proves is existence, rather than non-existence. However, all of us know and understand that dragons don't exist, even though we really wish they did. I can't make the positive determination that what you're experiencing isn't real, however I can tell you that it's either not real, or you're misunderstanding whatever it is you're experiencing.

Your mistakes are why you're here, trying to learn from people you don't understand. We all make mistakes. Some mistakes we recognize and some we don't. However having the supreme idea that you are somehow perfect is not at all a good way to behave. When you told everyone around you that they were out to persecute you, how did you determine that, when all they ever said were comforting words? I think you understand fully well that you made a mistake with that conclusion, and I can tell you that your conclusion at that time was dead wrong. Of what only I have observed, I can easily label this a very large mistake that you have made with your emotional energies, and it's time for you to recognize it. For a moment, I'll argue on the position that your perception of these energies is legitimate. How can you tell how you're interpreting them is correct? Even if you don't ever get that wrong, then how do you know it's only a partial truth, or a partial lie? And at the end of it all, how do you expect to interact with others on the basis of only what you experience? So I can imagine a few scenarios where some of these questions are avoided. "I don't feel them strongly enough all the time" or "Sometimes I don't feel them", in which case they aren't so reliable are they? How do you determine that the truth you feel in the spurt of a moment doesn't conflict with the overall truth? If what you pick up on is a little bit of contempt, how do you know that it isn't just a sliver of contempt within a very large pit of love? Many people feel contradictory feelings. Courage is a contradictory feeling all on its own. The epitome of courage is to want to run away from the problem, but to also want to run towards the problem and ultimately do so. But if you can only feel it out, then how do you know you aren't feeling just a part of it? And if your answer is "I just know." No. You don't.

I feel I have to address it because you brought it up. There is no derailing here. This is all for you. Politics has nothing to do with this. This is all about your perception. One of the very major ways that we are able to sort our thoughts out is to put them into words. We don't exactly think in words, so a lot of our thoughts aren't completely solidified concepts until we transform them. Your task right now is to find the words that are necessary to explain how you feel and what you're experiencing. "I feel things without thinking" isn't enough. It's not enough for others to understand, and it isn't enough for you to understand, though you might like to think that you understand. That's not an insult by the way. Most people don't completely understand themselves, which is why we have doctors and psychologists and human behavior experts in the first place.

Sometimes it's nice to take a minute to stop and smell the flowers. It's important to feel that it's important. At the same time, a healthy mind is one that is not one that is stressed all the time. Some stress is good to keep your mind activated, but too much can cause more harm than good. So if you feel it's getting a little rough, then look to the outside world for a bit, towards something you can fully enjoy.
