It's going to be difficult in the beginning. It will be far easier in the end. You'll be far more capable of interacting with others properly as a result of it, which will allow you to enjoy dealing with others on a large scale. That is the basic principle of it. We're not eliminating everything, however.
Bad days aren't supposed to impact your reasoning skills to such a large degree, and they won't with proper reasoning and a more stable perception of yourself and the world. For now, the thing you should believe in the most is that you should doubt yourself. When you feel the need to push someone away, simply tell them that you're not feeling up to being sociable at the time, and believe that you don't have the full picture and resist jumping to conclusions which would otherwise burn bridges.

That's what I'm prepared to do. And to that extent I want to reassure you. I will also recommend professional help, for the things that I can't help with, especially given that this is over the internet vs a face to face. Though I will be doing my best.

Direct chat would be nice to respond to things quicker, but like you said, it's harder to get the full message across with shorter messages.
The first thing I'd like you to do is take the emotion reading quiz on this page: https://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/10/03/well-quiz-the-mind-behind-the-eyes/
I suspect you'll get a normal result, which is not a perfect result by the way. You'll be able to see whether your answer was right or wrong as soon as you pick it. This quiz has a few pictures of peoples eyes who are expressing an emotion. The rest of their face is cropped out, so you only have their eyes to judge the emotion they're expressing, and the multiple choice will help you narrow it down and recognize the emotion. This will hopefully help us narrow down why you feel you can pick out lies, as a lot of lie detection has to do with perceiving what emotion someone is feeling.
Don't stress over getting a low or a high score. It's not a professional diagnostic. Reading emotions is something you should inherently be able to do, but it's also possible to be bad at it, and in such cases typically it's not that difficult to get better.

I won't tell you to trust Dagger. All I'll ask is that you not immediately dismiss what he's said. If you don't understand or it comes off as repulsive, then shelve it internally until you are more prepared to deal with it.
Jordan Peterson is currently the leading voice of mental psychology, sociology, and general human behavior. He's very intelligent and absolutely knows what he's talking about. However he's also a public and controversial figure, especially for yourself, so you may not be prepared to deal with learning through him quite at this moment.
