You'll have to remember that bad days aren't excuses. No one is giving you a pass just because you had a bad day. We all have bad days, but even through bad days we all must treat each other well and with consideration.

Fears are generally hard to deal with. If it's the fear of the dark, you can just get a night light. If it's a fear of spiders, then you just stay away from spiders. If they're fears dealing with interacting with others, you're not going to have so much luck in that one, especially since interactivity with other people is what helps us all stay sane. Fear is the feeling of danger. It gets a bit more complicated beyond that. The feeling of danger can be from being wary of the unknown, or the expectation of harm. They can be incredibly powerful and you may not be able to contend with them enough to completely eliminate them, but you can reduce their effect at the very least. Take a fear and learn as much as you can about it, and by the end of that effort, chances are you won't be so fearful any more. When it's a fear about something that is not a direct and imminent threat, understanding is a key antithesis to that fear. Chances are maybe you're speaking specifically about fear of interactions going unwell, and not really about being harmed. There's still plenty to learn about that, though we'd have to deconstruct each part that worries you.

Well I don't know if you put a lot of weight into horoscopes, if you look at them for fun or if you take them seriously. Horoscopes and the like are written in a way to apply to as many people as possible with as vaguely designed terminology, so that they're always more accurate than they are inaccurate, in which case confirmation bias gets you to rule out all the parts that don't fit. If you already know that then sorry for the lecture. There will be some things that you'll have to come to terms with. Misunderstanding someone is far too easy to do and understanding someone completely is far too hard to do, regardless of who it is or the relationship they have. A large part of building a relationship is working on that understanding as much as you can, and trying to make sure you're understood, but it's never going to be an easy task, I'm sorry to say. If you're lucky, you'll find someone every now and then who just "gets" you, and you should definitely try to hold on to those people (in a healthy way of course, don't obsess over them). Even with those kinds of people however tiny misunderstandings can build up. Misunderstanding and understanding is a cooperative effort. If you're misunderstood, it's not all your fault, but it's also not all the other persons fault either. If these things don't go well, then keep in mind that there's something you likely can do better to communicate, but also don't shoulder the whole burden by yourself, there's definitely fault in the other person who misunderstood. Don't stress and keep furthering yourself. Ridicule and hate are quite a bit different, and harder to deal with. The best thing you can do about this is to "let it go". If you were a literally perfect person, Jesus Christ or whatever savior of mankind, you would still find people who hate you. Keep this fact in mind whenever you find yourself at the end of hateful words. I've been told hateful things along with probably everyone else in the world, and for some it's more common than others. I suspect you've probably gotten quite a bit more than I have. Keep in mind too, that regardless of the thing you're being ridiculed for, there's also people in the world who will accept you for who you are, and you'd do well to work to keep those people on your side. This is just the foundation. Keep this all in mind as you learn more. If you're looking for things to watch with this in mind, then I recommend some of the things that everyone is watching or has watched. Sciency youtubers are great, because they have an impartial mind. Everyone has some amount of bias, but they are always working to remain impartial. This means they're generally accepting of everything while dispelling all the things that aren't true. You can separate the science from the politics when they veer into it, and for now I'd generally advise that. I highly recommend diving into as many vsauce videos that you have the patience for. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4HGfagANiQ But there are also many others you can check out. This one is particularly interesting. Humans are such tiny creatures in the grand scheme of things, but we have such large capabilities of understanding. Our very basic human instinct gets so many things wrong, and we have found out so many things about the world that are just plain unintuitive. But that's part of what makes the world so beautiful, because we weren't born knowing it all, there's always something on the horizon, something new to see. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeyDf4ooPdo Others you can look into that you can find on youtube: Carl Sagan, Niel Degrasse Tyson, Ted-ed (or Ted Talks). There's also Michio Kaku but he's kinda boring. There's also Bill Nye, who was pretty well respected up until a couple of years ago. One of my personal favorites is Mister Rogers, which was a show for young children, but was made from a profound understanding of how to teach young children about the world and interacting with others.
