How do you get a Otaku girlfriend?

I know I am asking for seven Magic Dragon Balls with this topic but seriously I just want to find out because it seems like some people can find someone here on Maiotaku and some people find it in other social media sites but with me I am just trying to find someone who is willing to be there for me and not just think of me as the next guy. I know that is a stretch but that is all I'm asking.. all I want right now is some advice and maybe even away to go about this without seeming desperate... I know that is seems somewhat too late for that but seriously I am just trying to find someone that isn't perfect but someone that is going to know what she wants in her life and not going to stay in the past. If you guys have any tips in this matter I'm all ears.

It really does just boil down to talking to people and hoping you meet the right person and that's really nothing more than luck or perhaps fate honestly. I was amazingly lucky myself to find someone here on MO, the moment we met me and my girlfriend just kept talking a lot about all kinds of different topics ranging from gaming to anime to personal stuff, etc and we grew to feel close and eventually love each other over time. I'm far from the only one who's lucky but I really didn't do anything special or out there, we just spent time with each other because we click ever so well and we feel we're great together! So yeah, it really is just about finding the right person and I'm sure you and a lot of other people will soon enough :D

Like I have been talking to a few people here and it's just been the same old thing wherever I go where people would rather see a guy that looks like someone of their Calibur and not someone that could be there Calibur. the person doesn't have to be obsessed with me I'm just trying to find somebody who is down to earth and able to look past my looks.

Then, you don't want an otaku. Otaku are obsessed and while we have a few here (Just guys from what I've seen), they're kind of weird, yet proud elitists.

I guess my best tip is just to try and try and try again. To find a girl you want, you need to interact with a lot of them. Don't be discouraged by failures, just learn from them. Don't be passive, always be the one to make a first move, because females will not make a move unless you are model with tons of cash. And don't take "friends" approach. You don't want to get friendzoned. Just be honest with them. As long as you don't give up you can find one for you.
