That is a shame, I assume you have tried contacting her via social media, if not give that a try, however I can see why she may be too embarrassed to see you considering that you turned her down, if she refuses to talk to you the best thing to do would be to give her space and to let her know that you are there for her when she is ready.

Someone suffering from anorexia isn’t really in the right state of mind, they think there is something wrong with their body, not giving her a reason may have made her feel worse about her body image. You may be better off just coming out and saying that you’re worried about her health.
