I don't like looking at houses. I've been waiting to buy a house for the last 8 years, and guess what? Every single year home prices rise by 20-30k. How the hell am I supposed to pay 300k for a house that was built for 80k 10 years ago? Why the hell do I have to pay more than double the prices my parents paid for their homes? I feel like generation Y got boned more than any other generation. We can't buy our own houses, we are in severe debt, I mean wtf do they expect from us? Seriously.

What's size home we talking here? I've delved into this sorta Property, construction, wiring, plumbing, it's a shit show unless you really know what you're doing Are prefab homes worth it?
