@uiton No? I don't see how is that relevant and it was 8 years ago. I also met my now ex-fiancée of 4 years via the internet, but she also was in the same country as me so it's not the same thing.

I kinda agree and kinda disagree depends on how much you two constantly share with eachother, and how often. For example Charles and I talk ever fricking day and tell eachother all our secrets and shiz going on in our actual lives. Tbh it took 4 years to form that strong bond but we had our rough patches like any other friendship would.

@uiton I have a group that meets once a month (except now, fucking Corona) that talks through telegram and IRC and it started on the internet. Of course, I do admit that relationships that start via the internet or stay on the internet can be a bit more difficult to maintain. It requires a bit more work to some but to some, it might actually be easier...I think it might come down to the personalities.
