To be fair megitsune, While knowing what you want isn't alone, the sign of confidence. It is A Sign of confidence on how they act on it. A guy with dreams, who has confidence, Will make a plan on how to make them happen, And then do it, And will keep attempting until he succeeds. While a guy who doesn't may just sit around doing something he hates because he feels he's not good enough, or lucky enough to get what he wants, Which is insecurity. It also goes into body posture, Speech, and how they present themselves. However someone who at least knows what they want, also shows an understanding about themselves, and ability to self analyze(Both are good things, and I mean REAL self analyze not the stuff everyone does as teenagers for angst.). But I totally agree, on Less confident people can be jerks, They're called the "Nice Guy" Syndrome.

I train quite a few people to do a specific task. All I ask is that whenever they speak, they speak confidently and not throw anyone under the bus. I find many of these people lack confidence and end up having negative interactions. I am very confident myself and hope to meet other confident people because I get tired of taking the initiative all the time. To me, confidence shows in someone who makes a decision and follows through with it, whether that means to abort the mission or celebrate in its accomplishment.

Right on. People like Steve Stephens, Elliott Rodger, and Alek Minassian failed to understand these facts. I use to be a weak beta male simp till realizing that there ARE worse things in life than being single. They are being homeless, alone, broke and ultimately dead. I want to live life and as I live being a single man I don't let that hurt me. Doing what I love and FIGHTING to be an Alpha male and not being a weak ass man no more are what I care the most. Its disgusting to see how male virtues are demonized and feminine virtue is deified.
