Hm... Well, I'll concede that it was better than SEED. The show was alright. But I just couldn't get over how ridiculous the technology balance was. Of, look at these slow ultra low tech robots fighting. Oh Sht! Look at this super robot that's solar powered. It kills everyone easily! Oh look now the super robot and it's fellows are having the crap beaten out of them by enemies that they could easily mow down five minutes ago! Plot point! New super robot that are red and glowy! They kill everyone and save us! It just seemed ridiculous. But aside from that I actually enjoyed it (Even though I think Clamp should stay the hell away from my giant robots.) I'm kind of particular about Gundam if you can't tell. XP Really looking forward to Gundam Unicorn though.

I preferred season one to season two, because despite the technology imbalance, the power blocs found a way to win through superior numbers and tactics. The grunts got their time to shine. In season two, though, everything went out the window and each side just pounded until one side ran out of ways to escalate.

have ya heard they are airing the 00 movie at ny anime fest! im not to sure about it though, the latest "i win button" was trans-am or whatever setsuna used at the end of s2. seems that the 00 quanta now has fangs(?) or bits(?) i see a new i win button coming up (the zwei had em ribbons gundam had em they were almost un beatable). and since when was gundam ff? quanta has a buster hurate has a gunblade XD well we will have to wait and see.
