Females: Cure to Work Productiveness?

So where I'm at there's pretty much no girls at work. Yesterday when a cute grill came for some help, all the guys in the room started picking stuff up and buzzing around all a sudden with a "Can Do!" attitude. Da hell?! Everyday before that they be draggin their feet. If we had kawaii chicas(weeb-spanglish) proportionately scattered to all work facilities, do you think we'd be a more productive country?

Frankly, even entertaining the idea of dating a co-worker is a terrible idea, at least if it's a job that you care about or is important for your career. If things would get serious and then the relationship would go south, that can make for a pretty terrible work environment pretty quickly, and usually winds up where one or both end up leaving entirely.
