Beauty is indeed a factor to determine attractiveness. But it can be overridden by talents, qualities, virtues and etc. However but, it is not certain, and it won't work if you transpire that your worst enemy is yourself.

More important to me than just looks, is subtle confidence in a woman. A woman that walks up to you and chats you up, or can joke/flirt with you instantly and just understands what you're throwing out there; whether it be some reference or just making a stupid joke. Someone that doesn't take life so seriously, someone who isn't afraid of allowing their imperfections to be on the forefront. I like people who are more or less unafraid to peel back the mask that we all put up; while we try to project that our lives are happy, perfect, and always filled with thrilling moments. I like the people that enjoy the silent moments, just chilling in bed, watching a movie, gaming, or just being in each others company. Someone who doesn't need to always be 'entertained' and is fine with living in both the epic moments and the everyday moments. To be honest, I like cute personalities and cutesie chicks much more than the dime that walks in trying to command everyone's attention. I dislike fake people, I dislike people too scared to even show a crack of how fucked up their life might really be. I want to be apart of the good and the bad. That's the good shit.

Isn't good looking a matter of pov? I like girls some might consider to be ugly but good looks don't build a relationship but blood and iron. Err forget the last part.
