Prince I'm going to level with you, that sounds incredibly spoiled and arrogant of you to say. If a person works to innovate and makes a success out of themselves then it is their right to choose how to spend their own money. If you want laws in place to keep the playing field level then that's fine. But the idea of a "maximum wage" is both unethical and reductive. People work and strive to improve their situation and here comes people like you demanding that once they get there then it suddenly becomes their responsibility to make sure everyone else does as well? Wrong. What gives anyone the right to decide how wealth should be distributed? You do realize that even our poorest citizens live better than most people in the world. So why don't you and your family donate half of every paycheck and your belongings to people in other countries? Statistically you'd still be way richer and live better than most of them could ever hope to. Of course you wouldn't. It's your money and your life.
And Lamby, I made this on my own. Not to flush out commies or on anyone's behalf

But the guy that works in the factory doesn't work less hours than the CEO, for example. But the guy at the top gets more than his whole work force combined.
The fact is that the top 1% is growing in leaps and bounds currently while the lower classes are contracting. This wealth inequality will cause strife and ultimately, if the problems aren't addressed, it will lead to revolution. That's just the way of things.
Of course the governments have to tax the richest more heavily and work to close tax havens/loopholes.

The factory worker can start their own company or business. Or work somewhere else if they don't think they are being fairly compensated. Instead of trying to play Robin hood and just take and take from the top, instead make it easier for those at the bottom to rise.

At the moment the top are the only people who have anything to take. ;p Maybe the factory worker has the latent skills could start their own company, they just weren't as lucky. In the current job market it isn't easy to switch jobs either.
How would one make it easier for the people at the bottom to rise though?

Well deregulate some unfair practices. For example math teachers are often required to have degrees and taken classes for subjects that they will never teach. Get rid of pointless barriers to entry.
Get rid of the minimum wage so small businesses could afford to hire cheaper labor and foster healthy competition that would over time drive up the lower class worker's value as now they can price themselves up according to their skill set.
Increase effective policing in low income high crime areas and reform schools there. That way businesses would not be afraid to set up shop there, the youth would be off the streets and more prepared for a high quality life, as well as better educated. And it would all be within the now safer community.

Taking away the minimum wage would just allow businesses to exploit desperate and disenfranchised people. And the businesses would control the prices.
What is effective policing though? I agree with you on the schools front, that there should be major investment in schools.
Where would all the money for this come though?
