RP with your loved one is occasionally aite, sexual or not. I STRONGLY believe in natural selection, for example if a person cannot live by themselves or are too disabled to be self-aware, they shoouldn't be taken care of or have resources wasted on them because they are literally a husk that's a waste of space, my opinion on this varies on disability but primarily points towards mental disabilities and really bad birth defects. IMO in some cases you can sondier the person already dead. I can also refer to natural selection with healthy people, but that's another ball park.
