I also must confess that while the Conjuring movies are hit or miss, they are a guilty pleasure. Just recently watched Annabell Creations and loved that they managed to tie the ending into the first Annabell movie. I'm tired of superhero movies. I want to see a return to horror film focus.

Yeah, there's a lot of references in Night of the Mini Dead from Love, Death, + Robots season 3. They paid homage to so many zombie flicks. https://youtu.be/FeUu6iJm1h0 This video is edited, they cut out the very beginning of the movie/film which is HILARIOUS for it's sexual content.
