Offline activity of a history fan group will be held within a month.. before I saw the theme: “I wasn’t familiar with any members of that group, and I had social anxiety, so I would rather not join the meetup” After seeing the theme( USSR and lessons we can learn from it): perhaps I can go there if they don’t have enough applicants, I don’t mind meeting strangers, and buying the ticket for a buffet for myself :).......XD I haven’t made up my mind..Curiosity won social anxiety....

I confess im gonna start doing isometric holds with my abs over prolonged periods of time. Im gonna see what kind of effects these have on my body. I am also gonna see if i can incorporate a work out with my abdominal muscles already flexed and see what that does. Im gonna experiment and experiment with my body to see what gets me how i want to be the fastest. The goal is be jacked by the time i get back stateside.

I confess when no one is looking I sway my hips to the music playing on the intercom at my job. My booty can't help but to be enslaved to the rhythm.
