I’m currently on a schedule of two hard gym workouts a week, 10k steps a day, and intermittent fasting. I’ve finally got that dip from my shoulder to my neck and I’ve never seen that before!

Right now I got my running on pause but I’m maintaining it by getting my steps in. It’s still just to friggin hot for me to jog.

I see, good luck with it when it cools down. If you haven't done them before 60/120s is a great way to build endurance and speed.

60/120s are a great way to build endurance at the gym, but I only run outside because my insurance pays me by GPS on distance I cover. I thought about sprints outside but I'd probably freak people out lol
Are 60/120s what you do?

You can do them outside and not worry about people haha, yeah before my leg and foot were forever damaged that was my main method of running training. Got me to a 5 minute mile and 12:11 2 mile time also alternating walk and jogging for the120 helps too if you do that

Now that I think about it, it would be different to sprint where you are since I'm in the middle of nowhere and the people I'd see wouldn't care at all
