The first "victim" was a convicted sex offender that threw a molotov at kyle. After he threw a Molotov he was shot. As kyle was running AWAY from protestors and towards the police, he trips and gets kicked in the back of the head. Then skateboard guy starts hitting him with the skateboard and trying to take his gun, he grabbed the barrel of the gun, and started trying to pull it away and he was shot. The third person who was shot actually commited false surrender, which is a violation of the Geneva conventions, and was shot in the bicep after pretending to be a paramedic and pulling out a glock 17 or 19. Kyle peacefully surrendered after this. Just as he attempted to do after the first shooting.

@neotangs cool, so does that mean you get to go out and kill any sex offender you see legally? so being hit with a skateboard means you can kill them? so if I'm a mass shooter and someone tries to stop me that gives me the legal right to kill them all of a sudden? sorry, but the country i thought i lived in thought of people that tried to apprehend a mass shooter as heroes, not people that deserved to die

fyi wissconson does not have a stand your ground law, so you cant even say legally he was allowed to kill them also he was illegally carrying that gun, he had no open carry license either

No, you can shoot someone who throws a molotov at you. You can shoot someone who begins to assault you and tries to take your weapon as you're attempting to flee. @momoichi I don't care about the legality of it, but you left out large details in your obviously bias post

also, the post above that you responded to was about legality, yet you come to justify the illegal things he commited pretty bias of you my dude to ignore the main message of the post for your own agenda in defending a mass shooter

I came here to add context to the claims, as it was obviously one sided with the inital wording. The claim is that Rosenbaum threw a Molotov at him earlier, and then was filmed chasing him and throwing various other items at him. I have no agenda, and politics don't typically interest me. I'm not defending him, he broke many laws and is likely to be arrested. I'm simply adding more context on the event, as your post was an incredibly one sided twitter post.

@neotangs still waiting on your proof it was a molotov because i know it wasn't. it was a bag with a coke bottle in it. does this change your opinion what so ever?
