I couldn't solve this one math problem for years (unique solution on a non gaussian fat tailed distribution). Fucking years! Then while riding my bike. I was thinking about it. My body was in autopilot. I kinda go blank when it happens. I don't remember going through long stretches of my regular bike path. It just suddenly came to me. The most elegant least rigorous solution. Beautiful and simple. Absolute fucking aha moment! I'm just so fucking weird running equations in my head at the most random times Lol

I hate it when coworkers try to sell you the upside of working 60 hour weeks like the company is doing us a favor. "Don't you want to make more money?" Like yes preferably in less than 40. "Well that's impractical. Besides what would you being doing with your free time anyway?" Not being here that's for sure.

Oh shit you have mandatory overtime too? I got lucky tho since i just transferred to the new warehouse and they're not allowed to give me mandatory overtime for the first two weeks but after that I'm dead

My experience with any job I've ever worked was they wanted me to start doing 3 departments minimum day 1. Just my luck. To this day I still remember walking into Kroger to apply for work at 16 and them just throwing me a shirt to put on and get to work. Best of luck with your overtime, Secret Boi.
