A lot of the time I wonder why do I even bother trying to be friendly with people. Never really seems like it's worth the effort when you always get ignored/ blown off

@lewd_araragi As someone who's been there myself, I think the point is less to do with it being well received by others, and more about being able to be happy with yourself and who you are. To be be able to look inside yourself and not hate what you see. I mean sure, we can be jerks to people, but then we'd be just that, jerks. Those people are going ignore/blow you off anyway, why sink to their level?

I'm not sure if becoming a dick would help anything. It might just make you feel worse about yourself.

Man. I layed down on the couch for a minute and literally passed out for 5 hours. I knew I was tired from work, but good grief! - I still need to sleep another 3 hours at least before I head back into work.
