I thought they were but she lied to them at first. I didn't know about it till later. But they liked me by the time they knew my real age and didn't care. I was staying with them most of our relationship. Later we got a place together with some of her other friends till her friends skipped out on the lease and moved out in a flash when we weren't there. Rent went from $280 to $700+ overnight. Bastards even took the shower curtain! I redid the bathroom in all hello kitty (matched my hello kitty blanket). We struggled on for awhile till she found a place to stay with other friends she ended up in a threesome relationship with. They ended up fucking her over too. Not good for her depression and anxiety. Now we are all back at her parents and she has better friends now. (lots more details but I don't want to write that long)

Yeah, she's had lots of bad luck. Most of our post-relationship friendship has been about me helping her financially and emotionally. (She can't hold onto most jobs because of latent anxiety left over her first job. Her immediate boss was stealing money for crack and blamed her. After she was fired they figured it out it was her boss but wouldn't hire her back because they said she couldn't prove that she wasn't stealing.)

Yeah. Although her mom is not very supportive. She's gotten a lot closer to her sister though who recently turned 14. They are both big into kpop and sometimes go to concerts together. They support each other emotionally lots. Sorry to hear about your sister. Is she in a bad way now?

not permanently yet there suuuuuuuuuper strict on immigration i stayed for 6 months, the longest i was allowed AND i was held in 'airport prison' for four hours, interrogation, made to give thumb prints, ad drilled into me i had to leave and not get a job it sucked i just wanted to see my bf xD
