In/Spectre I've seen a lot of "boring" quotes around this one, but it's really quite engaging to me. I've written three attempts at a synopsis without giving away anything I'd consider spoiler-y and have failed each time. Leave your tropes at the door, at least as far as the beginning of episode three. The female protagonist is both vulnerable and powerful, for reasons I'll not divulge here; that alone would get me watching. Also, the opening theme rocks, again.

Before starting "In/Spectre," I gorged on "Bocchi the Rock" again, "In Another World With My Smartphone," and "And You Thought There Is Never a Girl Online?" with Bocchi still being supremely satisfying and the other two being junk food. "...Girl Online" has more ecchi-related fanservice camera shots than I'd care for, but it's to be expected, I suppose. Always hungry. More romance please.

We finished Bleach TYBW, Chainsaw Man, now on Season 5 of My Hero Academia. We discussed what to watch next and I think we are set on watching Season 2 of Beastars, we got really behind on that one. I also want him to start Komi Can't Communicate so I can finish up the 2nd part.

Currently finishing dress up darling then I’ll playing watch some other romance anime. Any suggestions?

Season 2 of Uzaki-chan seemed to take a weird turn when more family members started getting introduced, especially since Hana's mother was the only one introduced in the first season. You learn Hana has 2 younger siblings and their father is also in the picture which I wouldn't have thought so with how Hana's mother was lusting after Sakurai. But now that it's introduced his family, I can see why they went this route. It's definitely adding more depth to the characters and enriching the story.

I started That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime. I enjoy the world building in this one. It's fun, an easy watch, and very bingable. I like that it's introduced a lot of races. Elves, Dwarves, Dryads, Goblins, Dragons and Dragonkin, Lizard people, Ogres, Orcs, so many, even Dire Wolves that can communicate. https://www.deccanherald.com/sites/dh/files/p2-1192205-1676630281.png

@tinyxgremlin I don't know what you have watched but some classics are Ouran Highschool Host Club, Angel Beats, Fruits Basket, Clannad, Highschool Rumble...Princess Jellyfish might be considered romance as well. I will have to look at my MAL account for more recs in this genre.
