As for manga I still promote Blood Lad as a cleverly wrote story. It is an action comedy with plenty of references to other art but remains true to its own story. Blood Lad's focus on narrative stands out from say a gag show like Gintama. Still if you are a fan of the Disastrous Life of Saiki K one should appreciate this series too!
A vampire named Staz C. Blood is a casual gang leader in the mean streets of Hell, but despite the responsibility of keeping his crew from being overtaken by other demons, Staz still finds time to live the Otaku lifestyle collecting merch and watching shows.
This becomes complicated when a human woman from Japan shows up randomly. Not long after arriving she gets killed and is made into a demon herself with all the powers of a spoopy ghost ooooOOOoo!
Things continue to escalate with members of Staz's family reentering the picture while a third party is waging war on Hell itself.
Very fun and imaginative plus the jokes enhance the setting rather than detract!
Reading Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash LN. The translation is actually pretty good.
The story follows a boy named Muoru who has been falsely arrested and sent to a cemetery to perform forced labor. There, he calls himself the "grave keeper" and meets a beautiful girl named Meria. Muoru becomes fascinated with Meria as he spends his days digging a hole containing the undead monster named "The Dark."

And a really good anime rn is dorohedoro. Its really hard to understand at first but its good i swear
its basically death note, shorter story, no supernatural shit, a proper ending
A very smart student called Hirama Ren, the chairman of the student council, was used to always getting the top results in his school. One day, he walked past a group of bullies, asked them to leave, and they decided to teach him a lesson: they decided to beat up a couple of guys and push the blame onto him by reporting it to the teachers. Hirama became enraged by it and decided to attain some power that could allow him to change the world to a world that he wanted: one without such pathetic people who hide from responsibilities and look for shelter from others when in trouble. Coincidentally, his vice-chairperson called him and asked if he was fine with her inviting a hypnotist for some event at school to hype up the school population. He thought it might be THE ability that he was looking for, so he agreed to it. With his newfound knowledge Hirama plans to shape the world
