I've cried at so many, Clannad/After Story, Kanon, True Tears, Anohana, Myself Yourself, Elfen Lied, Angel Beats and more. Recently though Plastic Memories just made me cry like a baby. It's bittersweet, not a bad ending but heartbreaking.

i have yet to cry over an anime..i may have gasped and almost had some wet eyes from garo the animation though
