Official Bugs and Suggestions Thread

I've been getting this REALLY frustrating bug where a message is constantly duplicating over and over and it's really frustrating to see, my messages will always have a 1 underneath it because of this bug and it has been going on for at least 2 weeks now. I keep closing the chatbox on my PC but it keeps opening back up with the same dupe message and I tried unfriending the person (sadly) to see if that fixes the issue since you can only PM friends but NOPE! The dupe message keeps on coming. It's starting to frustrate me beyond belief at this point now. Is this a known issue? Are there any fixes that gets rid of this? EDIT: Also logging off and logging back on doesn't seem to fix the issue neither, don't know why I forgot that detail.

This is what I'm talking about, this same constant message that just keeps hounding me and no matter what, it won't disappear despite trying ever so hard. Is this possible to fix or am I just going to have to deal with this tedious frustration?

On mobile web service, Account is ellipsed by the bottom of the screen and cant be scrolled down to & best matches does not appear as a selectable option.
