Too many to count... although many are more of just an eye rolling nuisance. When a character being sad makes it rain. when a bland generic guy with no personally has women fighting over him. when a character fueled by a misguided sense of morality wins a fight they shouldn't physically be able to. when an attack just barely misses and cut's someone's cheek in the exact same location it always happens in. When one character falls asleep or doesn't hear another character just as they say something important even though they're standing right next to them. When characters scream and the camera zooms way out. and romance anime where the characters never actually advance their relationship or even admit they like each other by the end of the series. Just to name a few. But for what really triggers me? When girls are horrible excuses for human beings who treat other characters like shit and make their lives hell, yet it's all made to seem like no big deal because they're cute so they can do whatever they want and get away with anything. Some examples would be Kirino, and Umaru.
