^^; tbh the matches are kinda useless, your better off actually trying to meet people through the forums. the matches pair you up with people who watched the same anime as you and live near you.

I just tried the match system and yeah you really might as well communicate on the forums.

Yeah I'm new too took like a day before it really started the more you put in the more accurate it gets. ...and by accurate I mean not that much. Gave me many that haven't been on in years. My advise use the matches as a conversation starter but stick with the forum everyone has been super nice so far. :)

I'm gonna second the bottle thing and follow up with try flipping a coin in the well. But hey, at least everyone I've met is friendly (except maybe myself...I haven't met him yet so I can't confirm if he's friendly or not o.O). Anyway xD Welcome to MO!
