Ah, hacking does relate to programming. As a hacker, you do need programming to create your tools. You can be ethical/unethical with what you develop. Don't just take someone else's source code and use it for your own gain. You'll be known as a Skiddie which is a rep that is looked down upon in certain communities.

I'm now programming for like 3 years and I'm halfway in my bachelor decree computer science.
I know C#.net, a little java and python. Quit a bunch javascript [Jquery, AngularJS, Ionic].
Gonna learn javascript extentions like typsescript, d3, paper.js, possible also c++. Also working with arduino(microcontroller). And SQL, HTML, XML, CSS.
PS: HTML and CSS is not programming. It may sound silly but Scratch is a program for childeren to help them learning programming(And it's listed in wikipedia as proramming language). I started with that before the real work and it kind of helps you thinking how a program should work instead of worrying about syntacs. (Requires flash, RIP firefox). https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/25084215/ //**Like i said it's when i started no do not expect great stuff there**//
