Many of the moves with joint locks are very similar to Aikido moves. Yeah, it's often used by military so the strikes are usually intended to kill.

All Asians know Kung fu. Right now I'm practicing my haduken. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get it. One day I'll get it tho

In a real life situations wing chun, jeet kune do, jujitsu, aikido, krav maga, silat, Filipino boxing & believe it or not, ninjitsu works for me. So to be short, don't rely on one style & learn what you feel is effective for you.

I practiced Kajukembo for a couple of years and I have been looking into Kuk Sool Won.

I know Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, some Brazilian Jujitsu, and Haedong Kumdo. Though I'm always willing to learn more.

I practiced Jiujitsu for a long time and I decided to keep practicing all bits of wrestling I could find to be good on grappling.

This is great to know if your fighting in a competition... But street fighter are different. 60% of the time other dude has a weapon. 21st 2017 niggas shoot cause they are to scared to get there ass beat
