I just completed this game. It's a visual novel with a very high quality art style, and the music is lovely, though repetitive.
The problem this game has it that it's heavily, heavily story based, with only a few options to choose from. You don't even reach the first option until you're about 20-30 minutes into the game, depending on your reading speed. It has six endings, two of which are second parts that you need to pick certain options to attain.
I found these second parts far more interesting and engaging than the first parts, however in one of them you only make two choices, and in the second you only make five. These second parts are 90-95% story based.
The story's not too bad, I like the universe it's set in and the ideas brought up. The plot could use some work however. There are sections that are completely avoidable or are unlikely to have happened that way in a real setting due to logic/medical likeliness, and on occasion the dialogue seemed forced; that it had been specifically written to follow one course, but had had to be forced into working for the other plot lines.
All in all I think the game was a 3/5 (and that's mainly being held up by the art style and music).
