Domon from G Gundam. First of all, just look at his cocky face. Second, this guy is OP from episode one. He's like a horrible version of one punch man who is full of himself. You have to suffer with him the entire anime because he is the main character that overcomes his challenges so easily. It's like he plays the whole damn anime on easy mode. Also, look at his stupid, doofus hair. His romance story with a carboard cutout chick is so boring I almost died suffering through listening to it. Literally every other character is more interesting than this douchebag.

That's more commendable than the average shonen character. She is actually very proactive in letting Senpai know her true feelings unlike other love interests in other shows. She comes on strong at first until later into the series where her other layers of personality are allowed to glow! I mean she genuinely cares about the protagonist and helps him overcome his social awkwardness with actual help that extended beyond the typical anime "I love you because the narrative required me to."
