The difference between someone being perverted (horny) and someone that has a strong sexuality to them is called frustration or desperation, hate all you want on this comment but it is only fact its one thing to be talking to some one and the conversation should arise but to steer it into sex every time you talk is just desperate and disrespectful

Not necessarily, it depends on the context of the situation. Being perverted doesn't necessarily imply being horny. There are plenty of super pervy people who aren't depressed or frustrated. And your comment is not a fact.

If they are not acting pervy to me or anyone I know than sure I'm okay with them (unless they are my signifcant other or a friend trying to be funny) I say about a 3-3.75 When I am I do not tell jokes like that... I tell those jokes regardless if I'm pervy or not due to some of them being funny as hell out of context however dark jokes are far the best.

In all honesty maybe 5ish? With certain people or in certain environments that can go as high as 10 or 15 though lol. The kind of situation I'm in will change how often I might make pervy jokes. Like if I'm with one particular friend of mine then I'll make a pervy joke of literally anything and I'll make an innuendo out of literally anything I hear.

Personally, inside of my head lol, I'm around a 6-7. With people I'm like a 2-3 and normally, 0. I'm fine with all type of perverted people XD but obviously I don't expect anyone to be a 10 with me unless I like them. Otherwise would be creepy lmao.

Perverted people are fine as long as they aren't fuckbois/fuckgirls 7-8. I get turned on by conflict, it doesn't get much more perverted than that. Also, If we date, I will grope you. It's never come out, but I'm sure I have a hardcore S side if you get what I mean. I make a perverted joke like once a week. The majority of my jokes are dark humor.
