who got rid of it? or was it a natural act? depending the age of the tree and sentimental value i know magnolias can cost a pretty penny

My landlord/property owner D8... there's like a dozen more, so getting rid of this one in particular was a planned move. And the tree was interfering with some of the other vegetation. They had to go in 6 feet to try to dig up the root system.
