I was recently reached out to by former college friends about meeting up for nostalgia sake. Unfortunately the only evening everyone was available I was already at work. It's nice enough to be considered after years of silence. The thought that counts I suppose. ...but now I wonder why they suddenly gathered to talk about me? I smell a conspiracy!

My neighbor of 8 years just informed me he's moving his family at the end of summer. Been a strange relationship to say the least. We've had our over the fence arguments and uncomfortable stand offs, however it will be odd not having to deal with his shenanigans ever again. Of course who ever moves in next...

My mother plans on going to a recently opened casino. I asked her with what money. She said the House's. Guess we'll find out how long that lasts. However that's why I personally hated the idea of one opening up in the local area. It's not the rich that frequent such places, but the desperate.

Man it's been slow tonight! Barely any trailers needed pulling. Spent most of the shift doing administrative work on the computer. Business is anything but booming right now! Sure I get paid by the hour regardless of how many loads I actually haul during a shift yet it's a pain to be left on standby for hours. Least when I'm driving the time flies. Or maybe that's cause I'm the one flying down the road like a man possessed? Huh, wonder why I suddenly see blue lights flashing in the mirror? Better floor it so I can clock out on time!
