One of my goals this year is to be healthy. I'm aware I have so many unhealthy habits, and I realized I'm getting old so I should take my health seriously. So days before my birthday I decided to get a blood chem test, to have an overview of my health. Findings: I have urinary tract infection, and my uric acid is already borderline. So the doctors recommended me some vitamins and list of food I should avoid. I was also encouraged to exercise or do sports. Next checkup is next month. And I need to have x-ray and ultrasound. #Adulting

I wish I could bill my insurance when I do something medical for myself. I removed a foreign object from my own eye today. I want that doc $$. (No whammy on pink eye.)

Gonna bill me for the impending heart attack after I eat this homemade key lime cream cheese icing. Why have I waited so long to make something so deliciously simple?

I'm going to use up all the breaks I didn't take this week and put mud on my face.
