I think I missed a calling to criminal psychology... My work is doing an active shooter training.

Had a dream last night some lady came up to me during a party with giant bug replicas and I freaked out. She seemed really eager to play with me. Saying she didn't mean to scare me. I was standoffish and brushed her off. She seemed genuinely sad and walked away. I say good riddance. #foreveralone

If there is one thing Alaska has taught me its that making your own instant foods is a better alternative than buying expensive ready made meals. Why buy eggo waffles when you can make and freeze your own. Why buy breakfasy sandwiches when you can make and freeze your own. I made bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches i eat every morning to save me time on breakfast. Allows me to sleep in longer because its just a 10 min warm up in the oven and it tastes just like it was made fresh. The concept is simple and i pulled inspiration from freeze dryers. By removing all excess moisture and quickly cooling the items in the firdge before popping it into the freezer they can last long and not taste any different. Plus removing the moisture helps with freezer burn.
