Random thoughts...

Edit: I honestly think that says more of men online and that's kinda what I started with (Not that either sex is without fault.).

@hell_hound7 Yeah, that's where I'd say your're right. The main issue is that most of the people don't have the guts to say what's on their mind. So one might be bored but wouldn't tell while the other one just keeps on trying to get in touch in a way that doesn't work with this person. Being more honest with each other would solve many problems but even irl it often doesn't flow like this between people and it's not only an issue when it comes to dating but also an issue in every aspect of social interaction. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ As for the other thing...well tbh of course looks often do the first impression and catch the first attention and I have to admit I by myself was also rather superficial when I was younger. But I once got to know a guy where I said "I'd never date him. He's totally not my type. Ain't gonna happen." But in the end he became my boyfriend for years xD I'd never expected that as he was smaller than me and other things that I'm absolutely not into. But yeah...he was just amazing and I just got a heavy crush on him after just a few words :D Everything can happen, especially when you least expect it. x)

@yaashat So being a 4 is negative but saying an 8 isnt? Why? Because its implying they look good? You still judge someone based on their looks. So you cant say that saying someone is less attractive in your eyes is negative. Unless you wanna argue that being called beautiful is just as objectifying.

@hell_hound7 No, but complaining about "fours that wouldn't get attention irl but get attention online" feels a little like you're implying a 'four' wouldn't be worth any attention. ;P For me rating people like this is stupid at all, that's why I'd never be on tinder xD
