In theory, but I have not come across any reports of Burmese Pythons attacking adult humans. But stuff of similar size like deer and alligators. The Reticulated Python which can be found in the same range has, even though its technically smaller.

Pretty sure a python would just sleep on a plane. Plus even those huge snakes are afraid of people.
