poes law means because on the internet we dont get context clues as to if someone joking or not, we sometimes can not know

i see. so like if something particular happened between me and a person, and i say i fucking hate you, that does not mean you know exactly why or if i really mean it, however if that person that i had the certain experience with reads it, only that person understands the full context. did i get it right ?
