any ghost encounters?

In my 3 weeks on my internship I experienced 4 hauntings in the office... I dont really believe in ghosts before, but after experiencing it now I know o.O Have any of you encountered or do believe in spirits and ghosts?

My mom keeps telling us ghost is just part of imagination but I do believe in ghost , I experience once when I'm at the comfort room then I hear a military march in front of the window outside, after that I didn't tell my mom or siblings on what I heard, suddenly my mom ask me If I hear military march too.. (O.O) I said yes then she go outside searching if there is someone outside but nothing else was there,. .. .after that my mom tells us It's my grandfather's birthday who is a soldier. maybe he wants us to remember him.

The supernatural thing we have here is kindda different from what you see in the Hollywood movies. No flying, spiderman like thinggy. The olden ways here, people believe in shamans and spirits. I heard someone sent a spirit to possess my cousin. Happen when I was 17 or something and visiting my gramps house for a festival holiday. We were having a dinner when my cousin suddenly become quiet. His dad called to him and he didn't respond. The dad slap his face and he didn't even flinched. After a few mins he look up and he started to speak in a weird language in a voice that I'm pretty damn sure is no human can make, and started to go berserk attacking people and flipping them tables that we were eating, and it was a really big table. Had like 5 grown man to hold him down, and he was laughing and talking about something that I didn't caught to my granddad who was holding him down. I was peeking from the outside scared shitless. It seems like he were talking, and my granddad was yelling at him to get out of my cousin body. Went on for hours. After that I heard they brought in a shaman to heal my cousin, he said someone who is pissed of at someone in the family sent a thing to fuck him up. Not particularly fun experience. From there I don't enjoy horror movies as much as I used to >.>

What branch of magic is used where you are from? Sound akin to voodoo which I've heard is essentially controlling spirits to do your bidding, curses, possession and sometimes even killing someone.

Its black magic, pretty similar to voodoo but much more infused with religion dogma. When they are casting their spell they will read a passage from scriptures to make it more legit I guess. Alot of things that can kill, I heard about people vomiting rusty nails and dying. Creating a monster from fetus of a dead unborn child to steal other people money, and the stories goes on. I don't really believe in it before, but after seeing that happen, yeaaaahhh....

I would have to see first had to distinguish between tricks, hypnosis and truly unexplained supernatural events. I know there are rituals in south America, I forget what they are called, where dancers allow themselves to be possessed by spirits for a time. I think spirits of ancestors or something. The various types of possession I've heard about could still be explained by psychological anomalies, psychotropic drugs or hypnosis. I would have to witness events that defy known physics. I've been interested in magick and the supernatural since I was a kid. I collected grimoires and such. As well as reading about secret societies (Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, Ordo Templi Orientis, Astrum Argentum, etc.)
