I'm gonna go with Silver Surfer for the NES.

(Though all the tracks are great!)

I gotta go with One Winged Angel. Also, Liberi Fatali is an amazing track.

I'm a huge fan of the BlazBlue soundtracks. So I'd have to say that BB:CF has my favorite soundtrack.
