After receipt of those complaints, I checked them out, and attempted to reason with LordRagna in several discussions. Then I made this thread to call him out and give him an ultimatum. This was after discussion with moderators agreed that he needs to stop. After that, I alerted the administration and then the majority of this conversation was in the waiting game stage.

I'm not trying to beat a dead horse with continuing with this thread, but I have to ask, is this only what you presented to admin for him to get banned? You said he used a racial slur. Where's that screen capture? In fact, as this thread exploded, did you take screen caps of that conversation? The reason I ask is because there is nothing in the comments you saved that IMO is ban worthy. That's some person with opinions and a world outlook that is not really typical of what you would find on a website like this, but that's all they were. Opinions. I don't agree with them, but I do not find them offensive. Ignorant maybe, but not offensive. Not ban worthy. This just doesn't make sense. You would have found way more seething things in the Gay Marriage thread that was popular last summer.
