I was talking about friends. During birthdays and Christmas I would want to get a friend something if I'm close enough to him. Definitely not buying A guy. I'm too broke for that. Plus it is demeaning.

The guy friend I have rarely talks about his preferred gifts and mostly falls into "the thought counts". So like, of I buy you a bra you'll wear it cuz the thought counts? I can't work with answers like that efficiently.

Just put thought and effort into the gift what you think he would like. Doesn't matter if you are right or wrong because he will love it regardless

Fortunately he likes the scorpion necklace I bought him. We're both Scorpios and his birthday is soon. So...early birthday present.

i have seen alcohol with a whole ass scorpion inside it. Wierd thing but exists.

Yeah. It was a plain, metal medallion with a scorpion on it so it wasn't a glamorous or sparkly type necklace.
