Lol poor guy. I understand why you don't want to exercise just yet period for me I'm like fuck it. I'm only a few pounds above 116 but fuck it it makes me feel better

I do 10 at a time I can push to 20 on the first and do a maximum of 100 a day and needing a break of 6 days before being able to do 10 push ups again lmao abdominals are a genetic thing, you're born with however many you're born with crunches help sculpt them and losing weight (cardio or dietary) makes them visible

@kid see i can build muscle mass rather than fat but idk if that will take longer to reach 140. Im gonna be built by the time i get out of BMT anyway so idk

Im gonna work out this afternoon as well :3 Definitley doing legs, but I think I'll add some shrugs in there as well to boost my traps a bit
