Most disgusting thing you've ever eaten?

Century Egg, the Chinese "delicacy". Basically a duck egg packed in clay and sawdust and buried under the ground for months. I ate it the way it was supposed to be eaten, in a bowl of congee with scallions and ginger. As soon as I ate some with a piece of Century Egg in it, my mouth was filled with this sulfuric-ammonia flavor. It was as if everything in my body said, "What you have put in your mouth should not be there." I then spit it out. I was so close to vomiting that I could feel my esophagus pulsing, readying to remove that which offended it.

One word, ew.

Warning, do NOT think of putting shrimp in brown rice. I've learned that the hard way.
